VISION
In line with the vision of the University to be a leading world class University, the Directorate of Academic Planning liaises with Accrediting Bodies and ensures excellent Quality Assurance to enhance best, and world class pedagogical standards.
MISSION
To strategically project and monitor the maintenance of international standards, quality and operational academic best practices as well as bringing the teaching and research activities together with human and physical facilities to the required National Universities Commission (NUC) and global standards.
MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR ACADEMIC PLANNING
Since the inceptionof Landmark University, on March 21 2011, The Academic Planning had metamorphosed into a Directorate saddled with the responsibility of ensuring total Academic Quality control activities and aligning with the standards stipulated by the Nigerian Universities commissions (NUC). To date the Directorate had witnessed and participated in the Accreditation Exercise of all Academic Programmes in the University, Some of which are NUC, COREN, CPA, as well and other professional bodies.
I am sincerely grateful to my team for their administrative and technical support in all that we do.
I am therefore excited tosay that the current academic session was an exceptional year for the Academic Planning Directorate, with significant contributions from all Department and other Directorates in the University. I am honoured to be involved with such a unique team of the directorate of Academic Planning in Landmark University. God bless you all
BRIEF ABOUT THE DIRECTORATE
The Directorate of Academic Planning, Landmark University, under the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, renders services stimulated by efficient utilization of Statistical Data and Information management, to facilitate accurate and essential institutional informed decision-making. The Directorate as well monitors compliance of the University to standards of Universities’ Regulatory bodies and policies.

Landmark University Hosts Strategic Meeting with Covenant University and Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences Paving the Way for International Col
On Monday, April 14, 2025, Landmark University, in collaboration with Covenant University, welcomed a distinguished delegation from the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences (JAAS), China, to explore new frontiers in agricultural research, innovation, and capacity building.
The meeting, which took place at the Covenant University campus, marked the beginning of what promises to be a dynamic international partnership aimed at strengthening research, agripreneurship training, and food systems development.

Discussions centered on areas of mutual interest, including:
Agricultural Research and Development: With JAAS's deep expertise in agricultural innovation, Landmark University and Covenant University identified opportunities for collaborative research involving faculty and students.
Agripreneurship Programs: Emphasis was placed on co-developing training programs to equip young minds with entrepreneurial skills in agriculture.
Crop Production and Food Processing: Opportunities were explored around joint projects focused on rice production, crop innovation, and food processing technologies.
This high-level engagement laid the groundwork for future collaborations, including:

Student and faculty exchange programs
Capacity-building and professional development efforts
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with participants expressing optimism about the value this partnership could bring to agricultural advancement and the global academic community.
