RETURNING STUDENTS RESUME FOR 2022 2023 ACADEMIC SESSION

On Friday 30th September 2022, Landmark University opened its gate to the returning students in 200-500 levels for the commencement of academic activities in the 2022/2023 Alpha Semester. With a view to observing the resumption protocol seamlessly, the students were received at the University gate by faculty and staff who guided them through the process of settling them down in their respective hostels.

Also, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Charity Aremu led the management team which included the acting Registrar, Mr. Olugbenga Olajide to receive the students. While inspecting the process, she expressed satisfaction with the turnout of the resuming students on the first day of resumption and appreciated God for His sufficient grace that kept the students throughout their journey and for His provision which facilitated their timely resumption. She, therefore, commended the receiving team on their quality service delivery.

Speaking on the resumption exercise, Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Rasaq Animashahun noted that the University has prepared all resources required to facilitate a hitch-free reception for the returning students. He said that the University has assembled at the gate all the registration points necessary to ensure students’ full compliance with the rules of admission into the University. According to him, it was with a view to not reducing the time to be spent on the process but also making it less rigorous. While urging the students to make the most of the opportunity to settle down quickly and remain focused for the new academic session, the Dean also enjoined them to abide by the royal laws which are in place to guide them through their studentship at the University.
