Dr. Adekiya Aruna Olasekan was born at Owo, Ondo State Nigeria on the 15th May 1967. He attended The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) where he obtained B.Agric Tech. (Crop production) in 1995 and M.Agric Tech. (Soil Management) in the year 2000. He joined the services of the Ondo State Teaching Service Commission in 2000 as class teacher. He latter obtained his Ph.D in Soil Management in 2014 from FUTA. He is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences, Landmark University, Omu-Aran, Kwara State. He is member of Soil Science Society of Nigeria, member, International Soil Tillage Research Organization (ISTRO) and member Agricultural Society of Nigeria. His research interest is Soil Tillage, Mulching and use of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers. His is blessed with a dependable wife and three children, Ibukun , Tolu and Seun.
