LAWAL, Adedoyin Isola is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin where he obtained his Bachelor degree. He proceeded to Bayero University, Kano, where he obtained his Masters degree in Banking and Finance. He is at the final stage of His PhD program at Covenant University, Ota.  He joined the academic world at Landmark University, Omu Aran Nigeria, as the pioneer staff in Banking and Finance. His interest includes International Finance, Macroeconomics, Quantitative Finance, Stock Market and Public Finance. He is interested in building the youth and involved in mentoring students. He has published papers in many international journals. He is also an executive member of the Nigeria Society for Financial research (NSFR) with the responsibility to coordinate activities in the Ogun and Lagos states axis. Lawal is regular reviewer of articles for several international journals. Lawal is also a family man with children and is heavily interested in things of God. He is worker in the church. He enjoys reading the Bible and listening to Christian teachings.
Lawal has participated in several conferences that held both internationally and locally where he has presented papers that won awards.
