OLU RAPHAEL FABAYO (Ph.D.) has over forty years of teaching experience at secondary and tertiary levels and universities in and outside Nigeria, teaching Mathematics, Statistics Measurement and Evaluation. He received a Bachelor of Science Honour Degree in Mathematics (Second Class Upper Division) at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 1972; Post Graduate Diploma in Education at the same University in 1975; a Master of Science Degree in Numerical Analysis and Programming at University of Dundee, Scotland, U.K. in 1978; a Master of Education Degree in Research, Measurement and Evaluation  at University of Ilorin in 1991; and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Evaluation at University of Ibadan in 1999. Dr. Olu Raphael Fabayo retired from University of Ilorin in 2012 at age of 65years by the Federal University regulations and he teaches Mathematics and Statistics at Landmark University Omuaran.
