I am overwhelmed with infinite excitement on account of the wondrous hand of God palpably at work through the Landmark University Community in the onerous task of implementing a hitch-free 2014/2015 academic calendar, culminating in the momentous release of the Dynamic Set of the Pathfinders on Friday, 17 July 2015.

My profound gratitude goes to the entire University community for exhibiting the spirit of oneness that gave us the warmness for the grand movement and accomplishment in the past year. You have all proved that you possess what the University requires to achieve success and assert prominence, which lies in your strength of sacrifice for the sake of posterity. How else could I have described your implicit and explicit contributions to the management of the University other than sacrifice, whose rewards no one except God Almighty can give appropriately?

I thank you all for slimming down your comfort to fatten up the coziness of our guests during the Convocation Ceremony in affirmation of hospitality we are well known for. I am proud of your consistent intellectual ardor, communal deportment and noble mien which have elicited an avalanche of encomiums, commendations and accolades from leading professionals, scholars, royalty, government functionaries, captains of industries and eminent members of the public.

As I seize this medium to acknowledge and appreciate your invaluable role in the success of this administration, I wish the entire University community a refreshing time in readiness for a more engaging and fulfilling 2015/2016 Academic Session ahead. May God supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. AMEN.

Professor J.O. Afolayan

Acting Vice-Chancellor

Landmark University
